Craig Murrell represented the buyers in a transaction in which I was the listing agent. From the very first contact, Craig was the consummate professional. I had my home listed for 3 months with a different real estate company and it was shown only twice. I decided to cancel my listing with that realtor and in a matter of minutes of doing that I received a call from Craig asking if my house was still for sale and I told him yes it was! He said he thinks he has a buyer and he made an appointment for the next day to show his clients. I immediately got the offer I wanted and he brought me a contract a couple days later with these people. I closed in a little over a week and it went wonderful! Craig was awesome, he done everything.Anything to help us sell our house. He is a very kind person and very professional. Craig was a great help. As first time home buyers it can get overwhelming but Craig made everything super easy and on top of that was always on top of everything, making the closing of the house go quicker. I would 100% recommend him!

My home search lasted more than one year and was complete with several twists and turns. These include a several month interruption in the search due to a severe storm season. Then there was a period when a multi-generational housing arrangement was being considered. Finally, when the decision for a new construction was made, Craig was there throughout the design and construction processes. I can't say enough about Craig's assistance throughout these processes, his inputs made for a much nicer completed home. Then, during the inspection phase, Craig's eye for detail ensured the house was pristine for move-in. Throughout the process Craig was responsive, professional and ready to add his insights when needed. Craig models a level of service that should be provided by all realtors.
